As you may know, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is a member of a worldwide network of patient advocacy organisations. This network, the Global Lung Cancer Coalition (GLCC), is the international 'voice' of lung cancer patients and comprises 41 non-government patient organisations from 30 nations. Now YOU could really help the GLCC, just by completing a short survey.
We recognise that COVID-19 has impacted healthcare systems around the world, and we’re keen to understand how the pandemic has impacted the care you receive for your lung cancer. So, we’ll be asking about your experiences in contacting your treatment team over the last year and if the pandemic has impacted your physical and mental health. In addition, we’ll be asking more general questions around, your diagnosis, how it has affected you emotionally, and how you’d like to receive information on lung cancer.
The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete and all answers will be anonymous. You’ll find the UK survey online HERE:
We very much appreciate your time and your insights, which will help us in our campaigning efforts to improve lung cancer treatment and care for patients globally.
