My father diagnosed with early stage 1 lung cancer squamous cell carcinoma and I would like to bring my father for treatment in UK 🇬🇧. Please guide me about what is the process of lung cancer treatment, what is the best and safest treatment for early stage lung cancer patient.
Also, how much total cost would be for international patients, how long the process would be and what are some good hospitals in London or other parts of UK?
Thank you so much
Sincerely,
Adil

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your Father and how difficult this must be for you all.
Surgery is usually the first choice of treatment for stage 1, for those who are unable to have surgery then radiotherapy may be offered.
There are many factors that may or may not allow your Father to be treated here, the current one being the Coronavirus.
If you are thinking of paying privately for your Fathers treatment you would have to check with the private hospital if they are happy to treat anyone from outside of the UK. Our Hospitals here are only just getting back to treating those with cancer and there are many precautions in place for the safety of both the patient and the staff.

This a list of private hospitals in London who provide cancer care and they will be able to discuss costs with you:
