Useful supportive resources for carers

Hi All,

I hope everyone is doing as well as they can be. I have been searching for ages for some useful, positive resources for carers but have been unable to find anything that fitted what I needed. I managed to get in touch with a fabulous clinical psychologist that I used to work with who specialises in cancer and he recommended the following and I thought I would share them in case anyone found them as useful as me.

The podcast link is particularly good I found.

Sending love to everyone who needs it tonight. xx

There's some really useful information on Macmillan website about 'talking to somebody with cancer' and a book I found really useful was 'what can I do to help?' by Deborah Hutton... written by a lady who had lung cancer but with contributions from many different people who'd supported others with cancer and what people found useful or not. thanks for sharing.
