The corona virus is keeping me in quarantine for 3 months in my holiday home in Spain I will be short of getfitnib my oncologist says when I return to UK I will resume treatment this will mean I have no pills for about a month

Being in isolation has its challenges, but is necessary for your protection as you know. During Covid-19, there are many people whose treatments for cancer are placed on hold, depending on the hospital, staff availability and the concern that this may place them at greater risk attending for treatment.

For some, stopping a targeted therapy is required, sometimes due to side effects and allowing the body to rest and recover, then these can be restarted. Hopefully, you will get home when restrictions are lifted and you can restart these.
