Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well just now.If you have a coughing virus you should rest, take plenty of fluids and keep warm. Hopefully your appetite will return soon. If your coughing symptoms persist you should speak to your GP. I have attached a link for you on eating well

Sorry to hear of your problems. I too have had continued problems with my appetite following both chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It has been nine months now since I completed these treatments. The consultants still say my appetite will improve but because everyone is different it is difficult to predict when this will happen. I do have to push myself to eat as well as I can so that I do not loose further weight. I have a lot of soups with my normal meals and I feel this helps at bit too. Try and eat more of the things that you like and enjoy. I know it’s a struggle but persevere and keep positive. With best wishes.

Graham

Thank you. I thought it would have got better by now but good to know it’s normal in some people.
