Just a reminder to any members who are still smoking , Stoptober is aimed at helping people stop smoking within 28 days. This can be found on the N.H.S.site. Also the sister community to this one is Quit Support. (just search in the communities section.)

Quit Support is very successful for helping and supporting members who wish to quit smoking. No pressure , just friendship and support , and we are all aiming for the same outcome.

Quit support and this lung foundation helped me quit smoking and helped me when I had lung cancer. So I am very passionate about helping others quit.

Anyone wishing to quit please come and join us , or pm me.

Good luck to everyone on here with any cancer problems. I sincerely wish you well. xxx :)
