Tomorrow is my darling Rab's birthday, he would have been 65, far too young to die. Thank you everyone for all your support over the last 11 weeks, I do appreciate it. Love and best wishes to you all, Diana (Valentine)

Hi Diana,
I celebrate my wife Chris's birthday each year, she passed in 2013 at the age of 63 and after being together 42yrs. It is hard to express what feelings you will be having but you are not alone. Take strength from knowing he supported everyone here with his banter and advise. He will not be forgotten and I hope you get strength from knowing that. Raise a glass for me today and say thanks.

Thinking of you today. Rab seemed to be a lovely man xX
Hello Diana,
All at the Roy Castle Helpline will be thinking of you today
Thinking of you and your family today. Rab always gave us all a laugh and he is sorely missed xxx
Hi Diana
Thank you for sharing that it's Rabs birthday. I dont post very often but check in every day. He is missed by those of us on the forum. It was (what would have been) my husband Neils 55th birthday a few days ago. A difficult day for us all. We had been together since we were 16. First anniversaries are all so difficult. My Neil has been gone for 40 weeks (and 1 day) now. I'm starting to function a little better. I hope you're able to think of Rab with a smile on his birthday. Difficult but our husbands would want that I'm sure.
Warm wishes Netty x
I'm sure all Rabs and now yourself friends are helping you cope in this difficult time. 65 is far too young for someone to die, let's hope they can do more research and help get the figures lower. Take care, your happy memories and loving family will be a big help and support. Hilde xx
