Hi Dewbery. Are you having any treatment for lung cancer? You can always ask for a second opinion . Best wishes.Julie

No I have xrays and I am not happy with the doctor

Hi Dewbery,

I'm sorry to hear that you're finding your Consultant unhelpful. You have the right to seek the help of another, usually by GP referral, or you can check the local PALS (Patients Advice and Liaison Service) as the policy can differ between trusts.

Best wishes,

Beth, on behalf of information and support.

Yes I am not happy with what he is saying do I need to see my doctor about this

Hi Dewbery,

If you wish to change your consultant then you need to go back to your GP for a referral or go through PALS.

Best wishes,

Beth on behalf of information and support.
