I have discovered I have wide-spread non-operable lung cancer, and am having chemotherapy. As a non-smoker, I worked in an old industrial unit years back, and it's thought the cancer could be as a result of asbestos. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice when looking at possibly claiming compensation? The company I worked for has since dissolved and so I have no idea whether they had insurance? Thank you.
