October'20 I was diagnosed with extensive small cell lung cancer. Thus far, it's metasticised to my liver and adrenal glands, wednesday I learn the results from the pet and mri. Thankfully, I have support from friends around the world because of my extensive work and travels around the globe since years. My girlfriend is by my side all day and night cooking for me and helping me in any way possible.
Although disturbing the news has only fuled me to do everything in my power to beat the shit out of this, excuse the french, and prove they're wrong about their 13 month or 2 to 5 year life expectancy, so im looking for any and all help i can get or advice on how to gain control of this.
I've changed my diet to strictly organic plant based foods or high grain / multigrain meals with smoothies from real fruit to start starving it of sugar and other foods it feeds off.
Now, I could use advice from someone who has experienced this first hand or beat it to know what more i can do and what to expect in the days to come.
Thank you, Friend,
Clint.
Any and all aid you can provide will be much appreciated thank you for your time.

Good luck to you & best wishes. The main thing you have is a positive outlook which is good. Re the diet, I am sure others are more knowledgeable than me, but I do know that in addition to veg & fruit, you need the vitamins & minerals from meat & fish. Also smoothies are not good for you, it is far better to eat the veg/fruit in it's natural state, 'cos then you will be getting all the fibre etc which is lost in a smoothie. People do trawl the web looking for trails, but I am sure you will be receiving replies from others who can help. I only had lung cancer caught early, so was very lucky in just having an op in 2017. If you have a cancer help centre near you, I am sure you will find that helpful (ie Maggies is at the Marsden & elsewhere in the UK, but there are others), you can talk to other people who have cancer, have complementary treatments (ie aromatherapy massage, reiki, healing, advice etc). In this dreadful virus time, I hope the hospital is looking after you. Make the most of life & enjoy each day.
Small cell is not something I know a great deal about. If I were you I would add a nutritionist to my team and an integrative medicine specialist.
Your attitude is great. There will be tough days when the only thing you can be positive about is that cancer sucks, but you will get past that.
What counts the most is making the best out of every day. Find one thing of beauty or magic and cherish it.
You have time to connect with those you love and lost track of. You are still you, you’re not the cancer. From what you’ve written, I believe you’ve already made the world a better place for those you love.
Thank you im pretty much sticking to my guns about beating this there is always a solution nothing in life is permanent unless you allow it to be that way.
