Oh, man. Highlighting again why we need to find an easy, low cost means to diagnose lung cancer. My greatest hope is that one day it will be part of an annual wellness check.
So glad to read survival stories of people so young who had no risk factors being diagnosed. People are dying because doctors don’t believe that never smokers, especially young people, can develop lung cancer. Hopefully these experiences will reach the minds of clinicians who need to understand this stuff.
