Early posirive days

Had bloods and x-ray taken before seeing oncologist today. Was absolutly terrified as today they would decide if treatment was working and we would proceed with more.

Felt optimistic as one does but petrified. Oncologist informed me the treatment appears to be working so we carry on with more Keytruda. Thank God would not have known how to tell my daughters before Christmas if it had gone the other way. A CT Scan in January to clarify better. Please God may you all have a healthy Christmas and positive New Year.

Hi Ollie...I am very thrilled for you...especially at this time of year....for your good news.

I am at this phase as well...I was diagnosed with nsclc with Mets (stage IV) in September 2018....I will go for my first sets of MRI and CT scans on Friday, 12/21. I am currently taking XALKORI 250mg twice per day for ROS1 MUTATION.

I feel pretty good and my pain is minimal these days....so I too am hoping my present regimen is working for me.

Big hugs,

Breezi

Hi Orangeski thanks for chatting to me at this difficult time in both our lives. I'm glad things are going well with you at present and wish you good results on the 22nd. I am actually going for a brain CT Scan on the 17th presenting a few problems that I am putting down to hopefully too much stress. I hope your present regime continues to go well now and in the future. Lets keep in touch. 😀
