DON'T QUIT.

Just because you're sad today or struggling, doesn't mean you're doing life wrong. You're human-that is all. Ask for help if you need it. Offer yourself heaps of compassion. Have some tears. Slow down, and get some extra sleep of you can. But don't quit.. This has been shared and repeated a few times. I hope you all like it. It's something I needed to hear. I've been really down in the dumps. I wanted to talk about what's going on with me.But I didn't want to depress you all. So enjoy and have sweet dreams tonight

Anrean it's so good to hear from you. Whenever I get to know someone one on here it seems like they disappear and you don't here from them and always wonder if there ok. I want to know how you are I miss your posts. I would love to have a face to the name.A lot don't put there pictures on here. But I think putting a face to a name helps us get to know each other better. Your not just a name. Thank you so very much for responding. Don't go so long Let us know how your doing. Love susie jo

Thank you for the kind words. I haven't been getting many notices about new posts. I'm doing okay. Going to Florida for 3 weeks to care for my cousin while she recovers from knee replacement surgery. It is a blessing to get away from the rainy and humid air here in Buffalo, NY. Fortunately my oxygen company supplies FAA approved concentrators so I will have an oxygen supply for the trip! Will be taking my laptop, so will be able to connect with the group! Take care of yourself Susiejo - and if you need to vent, please know this is a safe place to do that!!
