It is Ncpoet again. I forgot to put in my first post that I was told that I had Stage 4 lung cancer.

Four years with stage 4 is pretty darn good! When you and I were diagnosed the 5 year survival rate for stage 4 patients like us was 1%. Shortly after your diagnosis it doubled to 2%, now it's 4.6% and I send hope that you help us kick that up even higher.

I don't know how much you believe in a higher power. I personally believe that however long or short our lives are, it's in God's hands. I do believe he answers prayers, or I would be gone already. I have lived through a heart attack, pulmonary blood clots,and for almost 4 years, lung cancer. I consider every day a blessing. I will keep you in my prayers!

God has been with me the whole way and especially since I went into cardiac arrest in 2014. I know He is not through with me yet. Thanks for your prayers! I hope all continues to go well with you!
