This will not surprise anyone, but our dear friend Michael March died just four days after he wrote to us to say farewell, on Easter Sunday. Here is a link to his obituary: ompsfuneralhome.com/obituar...
I found this out through a blog post written by another person living with lung cancer. Here is a link to a post with Michael's last video, talking about his foundation. justbadforyou.com/blog/mich...

Thanks for posting this. I am sorry I didn't link the blog here right away -- in my head, I thought I must have, but it was probably through a thread on Michael's Facebook page instead. He was a good guy, and he faced the end well.
This loss feels like a kick in the gut. Every loss is sad but some are more painful than others. Through his voice and his actions he made the world a better place. He left his family an amazing legacy.
Anita. Thank you for posting this. I think we all loved Mike in our own ways and treasured his strength, wisdom and love for all of us. We will truly miss him, but know that he is at peace.
Thanks for this posting, Anita. Since I don't visit here much I wasn't aware of Serrecko, but I will go back and read his posts. The outpouring of affection for him is very moving.
Oh Mike we really are going to miss you. I hope that the angel took your hand and walked with you to heaven. Where God was waiting for her to put your hand is his. I hope it's the most beautiful place in the world.good bye my friend. Susie Jo
