I've tried two kinds so far

Mediven Elegance are comfortable and smooth fabric. I can kneel down without the fabric feeling rough on my knees.

Mediven Plus feel thicker and tighter (better effect on the swelling) but feel rough and uncomfortable to kneel in. They also don't look as nice as the fabric has a rougher finish. I do like them on days when I'm not working (needing to kneel) and wearing trousers as they do have the better effect on my swelling.

Hi KMDB

A challenging one this one - the garment manufacturers are always looking for ways to improve the look and feel of compression garments but unfortunately function is more important than form so that will always take priority - work with your therapists to find the garment that will do you the most good, is comfortable and the best possible look for you.

Hi thanks for replies. Medi elegance are not strong enough for me especially to jog in and ride in. My therapist mentioned a company that males a new fabric that kinda acts the same as the flat knit but is thinner like round knit can't remember the name will ask next week - just wondered if anyone knew?
