Sadly this is normal you need to worry if ur arm goes red and hot as this is a sign of infection. Sometimes at the end of the day I don't know we're to put my heavy sore arm. A chair with an arm help but that's not always practical when ur out for an evening.

Hi Monore - have you chatted this over with your practitioner - there are lots of things that they could try to improve your comfort. don't be afraid to ask

Hi monroe I get occasional aches, twinges etc in lymphoedema arm/hand, which generally improve with light hand and finger flexing etc while wearing sleeve and glove. But agree with LSN and pineapple - get checked out for cellulitis and speak to your lymphoedema specialist.

Good luck

I am the same it's just something that you learn to live with. I always know when my treatment is due because my arm seem to weigh a ton. It's just finding coping mechanisms. Xx

Hi Monroe, I have the same symptoms and i know how difficult it is. Try to go swimming, it relieves the pain. Eating soups and juices help as well a lot combined with regular exercises makes you survive. They should increase the research on this condition, i dont know why they cannot find a medicine which do the job.
