just seen that no-one's got back to you in 6 weeks - sorry, we're not usually like that!
i don't get abdominal pain related to lymphoedema but if you think yours is linked, i'd have a chat with your lymphoedema team about it
& if it was really painful, i hope you've been to the gp / a&e by now
hope things have improved for you
