Revitive machine
If you can try it on a ‘sale or return’ basis, see if it helps. Several of my clients invested but found no benefit.
Lynora do you know if the JML powerfit vibration plate is recommended, or if any of yr patients have tried it? argos.co.uk/product/7165728
I know 2 people who have tried something similar, but both forgot to read the small print where the weight load is mentioned! The ‘plates’ had to be returned. They had used devices in gyms, which are huge beasts and fit for purpose (but don’t fit under a bed 🤪). If you are able, shop around for a higher grade unit - probably more expensive, but likely to be more effective - plus, look for a machine with a ‘balance bar’ - very useful and saves rearranging furniture.
Thanks L! Good point about weight..this one can be used by a person as large as 100kg. Also great point about balance bar!😘 Merry Christmas Lynora and everyone 🎉🎉🎉 xxxx
Hi Stella, I have both of the machines mentioned and have found them to be useful. Like everything else you need to stick at it, not just now and again like most of us do. It does make a difference with me but I realise everybody is different, so my suggestion is to buy one and send it back if you don't get any benefit from it. Obviously, check their terms and conditions first, but most major suppliers have a money back guarantee these days. You'll never find out if you don't try things eh?Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
