Symptoms or Testing ?

I believe the strength/quality of the microscope says it all as why is there a difference between those used in operations & those in testing ? The same happens with utis .If the system is going to ignore classic symptoms Testing & genetics should not be dismissed??!! Surely it means the Microvascular complaints are left in limbo untreated .I had MI over 11 years ago revived with angioplasty yet stable & unstable angina not confirmed with PAH being picked up on a Reveal Device revealing nothing else??!! Surely 11 years too long!As for lipo-lymphoedema is it back to the ark? Meto. Is the oedema cardiac related suspect it is - microvascular ?
