MY 2 YEARS HAS LYMOHEEDEMA AROUND EYES AND LIPS

Hi , my boys is 2 years old he has been diagnosed with gene mutation that coz lymph edema and no hear growth , last 2 years was quit hard for all of us , draining liquids around his heart and having lymph edema in his body , i always feel the worst part is around his eyes and uper lip , coz he can't open well his eyes and his lips are bleeding a lot , we are leaving in United Arab Emirates , there is no association for similar cases , we will be visiting London soon , is there any special clinic center in London for similar cases that can help?it's time for him to start nursery but when ever we take him most of other kids do not accept him ,due to his eyelid swelling and also the absence of hair and eyebrows ,eyelashes makes worst .appropriate if you can share with me any contact.regards
