- Always take your medcations as prescribed even if you're feeling well;

- never ever reduce your dose on your own;

- track your peak flow, it will help to control your asthma;

- avoid your triggers;

- book regular appointments with your GP/nurse/consultant;

- be active and exercise. Start with simple things like walking and gradually build your endurance.

- sometimes it's hard to get asthma under control, but it must be done.
