I have had asthma since I was litte it was bad till I was in high school then it wasnt so bad unless I was sick. Then it started getting bad again the last couple of years lots of er trips going to the doctor and lots of different meds to try to control and help me breath. I was on xolair for a while but it stopped working for me so they took me off. Its hard to even go to church worrying if I will have an asthma attack because on of my triggers is perfumes and those kind of smells which is kind of hard to avoid which I have to wear a mask. I have had to be in the hostipal twice in the last 4 months because of my asthma is so sereve I'm hoping that I get approved for the nucala shot. Living a normal life with asthma is really hard to do some days.

Have you talked with your doctor about new treatments/biologics for your asthma?

Also, check your diet. Some of the foods preservatives they sometime have tendencies to cause triggers.
