Just wanted to ask if anyone after they have an asthma attack gets very emotional? I so want to cry I just had a bad attack after inhaling a lot of after smoke hat was just exhaled as I passed by someone who obviously had just smoked. I am trying to get an asthma nurse appointment but I’ve been waiting since being of January earliest was mid March now it’s end of April. I have been coughing bad whenever I’m subjected to the cold air so I’m covering my face whenever I go out but I still need to get my asthma looked at.

oh, I’m sorry. Part of the emotional stuff is because you shot your adrenaline gland by being scared all the time. Rest your glands. Meditate, eat, dark greens, and nuts. Iron and iodine, if you can get a hold of some edible seaweed that’s good. Everything’s going to be all right.

Having an asthma attack can be very scary, so becoming emotional is totally normal.

You obviously need to talk to somebody about it, so ring the asthma UK helpline on 0300 2225800, office hours. Talk to one of their nurses. They are brilliant.
