Milk Challenge

I was recently skin tested and showed a 1 for milk. My Dr. wants me to do the milk challenge and I’m not sure how necessary this is . Anyone else ever do this? Was it helpful?

I'm going to get tested next Thursday . I have already cut out dairy products .on my own. It has helped with excess mucous build- up in my lungs.
