I normally start coughing or getting a headache. But I’ve learned my triggers so I get as far away from them as possible.

Shortness of breath out as well as wheezing of nowhere. Coughing usually follows.

Phlegm in the bronchial tubes. You will need prednisone or a good expectorant.
