I’ve just had a panic attack out of no where, well at least I’m hoping that’s all it was, obviously I’m sat up in bed now proper worrying, I got a tingly jaw and then felt dizzy blurred vision and started to freak out, I was just laid in bed messing with my phone, I feel so uneasy now

I really think you need to go to the doctor's and get your heart checked out. Tingling in your jaw may well be anxiety but may not be.

I sometimes get tingling in my lips, arms and hands, but this comes from tension in my jaw k because of clenching my jaw all night and day!) And tension in my neck and shoulders, they hurt all the time because I can't relax and hold my self rigid.I've had the same sitting up in bed with a cup of tea and looking at my phone, cand suddenly coming over weird and then panicking. Think about how your neck/head is positioned, care you leaning your head forward, pressure on your neck, that might kick it off?

I've also had it come over me when innocently just watching TV.

I'm OK ish!? Thank you, I have my moments! 😊Just try to remember when it happens that you were alright lady time it happened and you will be again. I know it's horrible and I dread it. It's just our mind and body fooling us.

I use aromatherapy therapy at times. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t it doesn’t but worth trying. . I put essential oils like in those bracelets or necklaces made for them or you can put them on a washcloth or Kleenex snd inhale if snd it calms me down. They make so many different types of scents . It actually helped me from having a panic attack when I became so anxious the other day. My thoughts
