Does anyone have any experience with blogging about what it’s like to live the life of a person with anxiety/depression or anything else you’ve been dealing with. I love to write and my favorite type of books are self-help. My writing is journaling right now but I’d love to blog, just not sure how. Thoughts?

Lot's of people find keeping Journals very therapeutic myself included
Many people set up blogs and you can come across them via Google search engine
For me I like to keep journals but if it is something that you feel passionately about then maybe put in Google search " How to start a blog " and I am sure it will throw up how you go about it and the main thing is if it helps you to blog then that is all that matters
