Canada always looks lovely on programs on TV and you will know how to cope with the snow better than we do here in the UK which is where I am from
It is such a positive that where ever we come from we have the internet where we can come and support each other from all over the world , years ago this would have never been possible but now it is

It’s great just being able to come on here and talk. I had a great night lastnight I’m hoping today I don’t get anietugtom that new med but I’m just going to think positive and go about my things today

I am taking these meds for my stomach , seriously getting anxious but every day I keep taking them , we can do this , you are right stay positive and know you are not alone x

Yes we are and that’s such a comfort
I'm here in the UK too, anxiety does bring people closer though, no matter where you are if your a sufferer or even recovered, then your closer to others in mind and thoughts regardless of the miles between you xxxx

I’ve travelled a fair bit in my life and had the pleasure of visiting Canada amongst other places .li enjoyed Canada 🇨🇦 😊

Oh hello there and welcome !! Never too late to reply!! Think we have some beautiful places here in the UK.( if only we had the lovely weather to go with it) What an awful winter this year!! But hopefully spring on the way at last !!

I don’t travel quite as much, anxiety stops me a little although I still do when I feel I can...I’ve loved travelling. Intend to keep trying too 😊

Oh yes Mr Anxiety certainly loves stopping us from doing the things we like. But best not to let him have things his way all the time!!
