I hate meeting people I don't know. I hate crowds. I won't go to a party. Yes it sounds weird for an ex model, ex actress to be so scared to get attention or to be in a room full of people. If I go to the supermarket I have to immediately go to the toilet, not once, not twice but many times. And I'm not talking about Pee Pee. I panic where ever I go if I don't know where the bathroom is. Funny enough since I've lost a few kilos and am more healthy eating the correct foods etc I have not had a panic attack for a couple of months. I really do believe a lot of our problems can and I say can stem from what we eat, our weight, outlook on life etc I still take lorazepam each night but up until a couple of months ago even with the lorazapran I had all day all night panic attacks for years. Another thing is to keep occupied, paint the house and when u finish paint it again. Whatever... restore furniture, paint, colour in ( which helps me immensely ) make things... whatever tickles your fancy. Just keep occupied 24/7. Of course our makeup is as such. We have had traumas in our lives, perhaps just don't accept reality... every one is different. BUT a lot is up to us to try to get over these problems we have or at least make them a lot smaller. Again I say....... KEEP OCCUPIED. Xxxx
This photo is me last month. I seventy years old. I have no reason to panic, to have anxiety, to be scared of crowds, people, parties etc. I'm Australian living in Bangkok for six years and haven't once gone to ExPats functions to meet people .
Strange as it may seem, I'm telling you the truth. Weird isn't it!!!!!!!!
Weird how our brains function.
Good luck to all and pls take my advice... keep occupied.
