Why oh why do I check thing up on google it just makes me 100% times worse.... Doctor has giving me meds never heared of them before 😢

I used to Google all the time & then I would feel like you do now worse than ever ....in fact after Googling I would end up at the Doctors telling them what I had which did not impress them at all to the extent where my Doctor asked why I went to see her if I trusted what Google was saying more ...she did have a valid point & from that moment I banned myself from looking ....when you feel like looking come on here instead

Remember Google just throws out the worse scenarios & does not have you medical history so it can never diagnose your specific needs but your own Doctor can , try & trust them x

I was thinking of going doctors in the morning and telling them that I think I got this wrong with me that's what I am gonna do banned myself from google because it makes me worse and I probs won't sleep tonight xx

I'm a serial Googler and have been since I discovered the internet some years ago now.

I also have severe health anxiety so you can imagine the mix of the two is quite something!

The number of times I've spent hours with Dr Google terrifying myself is beyond counting.

I know it's wrong and try to stop, but Dr Google always beckons...............

I was there for hours last night reading up all the symptoms phones the doctors this morning got myself in a right panic and told him I think I have throat cancer he said you haven't its your anxiety I cried and told him he had to wrong and that he not listening me put my self in a panic attack he carmed me down and said I could send you for all the teats in the world but you still wouldn't believe me
