Why do I feel like this?

Hey guys, so today I literally feel terrible. Once again I didn’t get good sleep last night. So today my body just feels drained and weak and tired. One little pain throws me off and that’s he end of my day. I just want to lay in bed and not get up. But that isn’t the way to live. I wish I just could end the anxiety. I literally hate it. The symptoms are so frustrating. I just feel like I always have something else. I can never accept it’s anxiety. I just wish someone could take the anxiety away. Literally, I just want to feel normal for once.

Oh i so relate to you I'm exactly the same just feel like I'm going to die. Day in day out the symptoms are horrid. Every pain i thiink i have a horrible disease s ick of going to doctors just want to feel normal.

Well for starters it could be many different things that you could be experiencing subconsciously that your mind is not letting you know while you're awake. Let's try something different savgresh. I want while you're sleeping try to remember everything in your dreams that you've dreamt and then when you awaken try to write them down and take a little time out of your day to try to go on dream forums and look those details up and see if you can unlock any hidden meanings behind them sometimes little things like this can be useful and at the same time fun. 🤗

What do you mean? I’m a little confused? My body is doing what subconsciously? How would I know and I don’t remember my dreams anymore... ever sense I have been very anxious I literally can’t remember my dreams.

I see that you said that you are going through some anxiety and you don't know why you're not sleeping and you're feeling drained well sometimes it's not that anything could be seriously wrong it's just that something subconsciously could be wrong something that's worrying you that you don't know about and it's projecting itself with the symptoms you are experiencing restlessness.

Oh I understand what you’re saying. I think that since I’m constantly thinking about dying and constantly thinking about any symptom could mean I have cancer. My body is on full alert and stress mode.

Are you taking anything to sleep like sleeping pills have you ever

Hey savgresh4 stress hits us on so many levels. I encourage you to journal. Journal you dreams, journal your thoughts and fears. It helps to get them out of our head and to a place where we can look at them critically. Overtime, journaling works on a subconscious level because we've built a habit. More than any other thing I tried when my insomnia was at its peek, journaling brought the most benefit. God speed.
