Can someone tell me why it always feel like you're going to die or pass out? I guess things wouldn't be as bad if we didn't get those particular feelings. Your thoughts please

I can completely empathize. I've been suffering with this feeling for 5 years. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I think the continuous focus on how we feel perpetuates and fuels the continued symptoms. The lightheaded feeling is one of the worst. Do you have mental symptoms as well or just physical?
That's my main concern ! It was makes it so scary ... I can't take that thought out of my head no matter how hard I try
