Anal High Grade Lesions from HPV16?

I'm not HIV Poz but it seems like there are no forums for male HPV16 infection so I'm hoping there will be others here that have anal high grade lesions. I just had ablation done with high resolution anoscopy a week ago and was looking for other stories and experiences.

Anyone here has experience with this and recovery, sexual life after etc
