Hi! Asian guy here, from the Bay Area..was diagnosed about 2 years ago and still trying to process all of this. Have you ever been to a support group? I was just wondering since I find it hard to join one. Most are in the city but I really hate driving into the city, the streets just confuse me. Anyways, just want to say hello and if you want to chat with someone "close" , drop me a line. Take care.
Good afternoon. I understand and I'm in the same boat myself. It's really been rough. I don't have many that I can talk to about it. I'm 44 and live in Livermore. Hope you are having a nice weekend.
Hey there. Been undetectable for 2years now and it was a rough going the first year trying to get my T cells up both emotionally and physically. Hang in there. As the saying goes "Time will heal itself" plays a vital role in coping. For me personally I have been doing long bike rides as it helps me process and appreciate the simple things in life. Biked 120 miles this weekend. Find an activity that you love. Gardening, reading, sewing, painting, meditating are all crucial in creating an inner peace and strength.
I highly recommend a book that I accidentally ran into at a Buddhist bookstore whilst looking for a Dan Brown novel. It's titled
"Face to Face with Fear
Transforming fear into love.

I'm open to talk and share my experiences, do fun excursions or just simply hangout.

Hey how are you ? I feel the same way that you do at this point, I'm just coming into the acceptance part in my book. I live in Stockton, and if your ever up for chatting, I'm a pretty laid back guy and simple minded. Just msg me if your interested in chatting some time.
