I use an afo on my left leg for walking and am awaiting one for my right.

I also wear piedro orthopaedic boots and use a night afo and leg gaiters to stretch my hamstrings over night and to help with physio.

Day and night splints at the moment just for stretching and support for walking after I had a operation on my Achilles tendons.
