Ldn and dizziness

Day one I’ve started Ldn I get dizzy taking initially. And then it somewhat where’s off after several hours. It was more intense as I used it along the way up to 4.5. I tried nighttime and daytime do to side effects. I take for autoimmune. I did have headaches and dizziness before I started Ldn as well. The Ldn has mostly been effective for consistent headaches and migraines. Is this normal to be happening?
