LDN relief

I had read a lot on LDN and my rheumy wrote a script for it. Had to drive 45 min to nearest compounding pharmacy to get it. I had read it can take weeks to months to notice any relief, but I swear I took my first dose last night and feel much less stiff and achey today! I have lupus, fibro and crohn's.

What strength ( msg) are you on? And, when do you take it?

Congratulations, you're one of the few that see good results rapidly!

It's very possible that you will see more benefits over time, some feel there's a cumulative effect as well.
