Sleep and LDN

For the first time in 20+ years I am going to sleep - and staying asleep all through the night. For me, LDN is literally a prayer answered as it has ultimately also reduced brain fog, concentration and memory simply due to being able to sleep!

I am so thrilled that you are sleeping better, as I have experienced the exact same benefit from LDN. Have only been taking it for the past two months, but I finally sleep so much better. The brain fog is still there, but maybe it will take a longer while. I however experience extreme dehydration. I have had fibromyalgia for 28 years and only had it diagnosed 4 years ago. I live in Namibia, Africa. For how long have you been taking LDN?
