Hi there! I have been taking LDN for my fibro now for close to a year now. The first thing I noticed within the first 2 nights was that I was able to sleep! Hurray!!!! (I haven't slept properly for over 20+ years...getting up on average 14x a night!). My fibro pain has been reduced as well, particularly in my hips and back. I know that there is no such thing as a miracle medication, but LDN is definitely close! (I have been on OTC and Rx sleeping meds - pretty much tried everything going and nothing worked for me...to sleep straight through the night is a real blessing!). I am curious what others are experiencing on LDN for their fibro!
