Started yesterday with a cup of coffee and cream at 6am. 35 minute walk and ate my tinned kippers at 4pm. Broke my 14 hour fast today at 6am with my coffee and cream.
Nothing much to report other than I substituted the butter on kippers for another cup of coffee and have not been really hungry, more the occasional pang wishing I COULD eat something.

I know what you mean about wishing you could eat something. That’s my biggest difficulty with fasting. I’m not hungry but the emotional side of my brain keeps pushing me into the kitchen 🙄Sounds like you are doing well 👍
Are tinned kippers filleted? I once bought tinned sardines, not paying attention to label, and there were bones in it; not quite what I expected. Do you think you will get sick of the taste? Or do you love them anyway? I’m trying to imagine if I could eat same thing every day…. Or if I would end up never being able to look at a kipper again!
