Nobody is "trolling" you. Nobody is being racist. On the contrary, you are the one who is spamming the group with irrelevancies and trolling others with snide remarks.
I and other members have repeatedly asked you to dial it down. I created the Gardening thread especially for you to post your pictures in (and yes, the intent of that thread is that old posts should be eventually lost). I messaged you to politely ask for your co-operation in keeping the group tidy. You ignored my PM and posted yet another rude public response. And today, here you are again, telling people you intend to do exactly as you please.
It is abundantly obvious from your post history that your only intent is to irritate other members and to provoke arguments.
You are no longer welcome here. Go and play elsewhere.

I must admit I've found those posts distracting and completely out of step with what I would expect from a LCHF forum.
I'm sure everyone knows that they can report a post that they see as disruptive and irrelevant: I wouldn't report a one-off post that was irrelevant but when it becomes a pattern and the poster is determined to persist despite being asked not to, then reporting seems appropriate.
Maybe that's the way to go for members of this forum who would like to keep it informative for newcomers and not-so-newcomers
I kind of agree with you. The members of the community are its custodians and what we do/don't do will decide what kind of community we have. In the face of inappropriate posts, we can stand by and do nothing or we can call them out. The Report button may seem like a pretty blunt tool, but it's the only one we've got at the moment. If there is a sufficient number of report instances, I doubt that HU would ignore them.
Edit: disruptive people tend to be seeking attention so you can effectively discourage further disruption by not responding to contentious posts. Hold back on the love 😉
Are photos of homegrown fruit and veg any less relevant than posts about dogs and cats? Anything I don’t want to read I ignore, not just in LCHF but also in two other forums where the irrelevant posts seem to me to be even more abundant and contrary to forum topic. The difference being that they don’t get an onslaught of aggressive responses.
I don't see anyone blogging about their pets. I could posts endlessly about my cats with photos, of course. But I don't because I understand this is not the place - here is not a support group for pet welfare.
Flooding the community with irrelevant off-topic posts goes against the purpose of the group. There's Facebook and Instagram for that kind of thing.
And let's not forget to mention the constant posts about high carb/low fat eating, and the disparaging comments to/about community members.
I tend to come to this website by clicking on links in my daily email. Some links I ignore completely, others I follow and decide whether to join in conversation or leave it be. I don’t know what criteria the selection of links is based on, but considering the size of the website, chances are you didn’t get the same list as me this morning if there was no mention of cats and dogs on yours today. Another thing I don’t particularly want to see or read about are photos of cupcakes and crisps. I know what they look like, and even if it’s related to LCHF in the guise of “here’s what you shouldn’t be eating” I still have no interest and move on by, without comment, leaving the conversation for those who do find it useful.
I turned off most of my email notifications in Settings. I just visit the forums I'm interested in and look at the Home page and newsfeed, so I don't get unnecessary stuff
I don’t mind seeing the unnecessary stuff, to me it’s no big deal to just ignore anything I’m not interested in. I think if I turned off the general daily email, I would probably visit the website less frequently. I’ve certainly found some of the interactions from a number of other subscribers to be quite off putting lately to the point that I think that without the prompt of latest posts, I wouldn’t bother any more.
Email isn't my thing any more. Might check it monthly. My interaction with the community is through "my feed" (appropriately named 😁 ) and the home page of the community, just like a casual visitor would. Too often these pages are cluttered with irrelevancies. Finding what's useful amongst the trees and daily menu offerings can be like looking for needle.
I’ve seen a bit about pets having just joined but they seem to be pet feeding & I think we can learn tangentially about low carb effects by looking at the effect of carbs on other members of the animal kingdom. It’s interesting that vets recommend low sugar diet for overweight horses but doctors don’t seem to do that for people!
Got to say that happyman's main intent appeared to be to annoy people and detract from the purpose of the forum.
