Just watched a video on Facebook about a product called keto bello which sounds too good to be true. Put a patch on and it converts fat to fat burning cells. Woman aledgelly lost loads of weight and she gets revenge on her fiancé by dumping him at the alter!
Just wondered if anyone had ever used them. ? Am I right to be skeptical ?

It's amazing that these products are even allowed to exist. Whatever happened to Trading Standards?
Also quite amazing that so many people would prefer to spend money on magic patches rather than, say, eating proper meals. I guess people wouldn't be making and selling this stuff if there weren't a ready market for it.
All fat cells are "fat burning cells". Or, at least, part of their job is to release energy when your body needs it. They're prevented from doing so only if you eat lots and lots of carbs and sugar, all the time (in other words, if you follow the EatWell guidelines).
