Green pepper and cottage cheese with chilli sauce

Receipe

1. 250 gms cottage cheese

2. 2tsp butter

3. 1 green pepper

For chilli sauce

1. 2 tomatoes.

2. 4 garlic pods

3. 5-8Red raw chillies..depending on how much spicy you want. Check this (google.com/amp/s/food.ndtv....

Steps:

1. Boil sauce ingredients . Cool it and peel tomatoes. Blend all with salt.

2. in another pan, put butter and sautee cottage cheese and pepper with salt and sauce.

3. Keep in on low flame and covered.

4. After 5-7mins, dish is ready.

I just had a nice chili harvest here (habaneros, orange Thai chilis, and some unknown variety from Sri Lanka). Made some chili paste. It's lethal in milligram doses. I'm quite pleased with it!

There's variety of chillies...:) thai ones are really spicy. I use in very limited quantity. Asian normally use more chillies than European or Americans.
