Yes I am . We just had beef burgers home made with cheese on top advocado and spinach with mao . My husband is still having museli for breakfast . I tend not to eat breakfast . Usually have eggs or soup for lunch . I am doing a free trial with diet dr so our main meals are their recipes . No low fat foods and no eating between meals .
Was getting desperate as I have gained nearly 3 stones in weight over past 2 yrs . Some of this through poor eating and some through taking medication that seems to cause weight gain .
If you "tend not to eat breakfast" you are Intermittent Fasting (IF)... and IF and Low, Carbohydrate, High-Fat is what works for many of us. See:
Slimming world does not seem to work for everyone and they do not invest in maintenance I guess they want you back lol
Well done. Glad you stopped the SW nonsense so quickly. Watched my neighbours all regain the wait they lost on that.

If you stick to it you will keep losing. Im doing ok. Lost focus briefly and put a few pounds on. Ive been full keto for 4 days with today and lost what i put on. So like you I've just got to keep going.
Well done. I have tried them all!! SW included lose and then gain has been the story of my life! I have also put on a similar amount in the last 5 years. Need to get back to a healthier weight. Day 2 for me 94.2 kg starting weight! Scales say i am now 93.2... but not sure I believe them xx but right direction!

I am also fully committing and cooking the recipes. A first for me as I'm a useless and lazy cook and tend to sabotage my own efforts.
Not sure I liked that beefburger much but the parmesan chicken was delicious.

Well done on the weight loss! I wouldn't get too over-excited - a lot of it is probably water - but if you stick with the plan, you'll be a shadow of your former self in no time.
