Back again after an absence

Totally screwed up good work from last year using IF and LCHF.

The gremlin of emotional eating won.

I’m working on it and know LCHF is the best way forward for me but not so sure about IF... but missing breakfast has now become a way of life.

I’ve written a bit more about it here:

Welcome back RedUnicorn :) We're all rooting for you. It's a great crowd over here these days, and I'm sure you'll get loads of support from them.

Honestly, I would avoid "intermittent fasting", a.k.a. not eating enough. When or if your body is ready for it, it'll tell you so. Until that happens, make sure you enjoy your meals so much that "treats" just aren't much of a treat.

And TBH, I'd make sure those treats are not even in the house. If you have people around you who insist that such things are necessary, you may have to deal with that issue first.

Me too, i was doing excellent. Was in full ketosis and lost over a stone. Then bad habbits crept in and now im barely lchf. But 4 days back on it and im finding it easier than expected. Good luck.
