Doing good on lowish carbs.

8lb down and 6 for husband so far so not bad since 2 Jan. One day missed our half hour treadmill and one day went a bit over 150 g of carbs and mostly stayed within our calorie allowances.......choc balls gone so all good and still feeling motivated third week in 😁😇

That’s fantastic, third week in. And it’s good you are both doing it together.

What amazes me most about low carbs is how quickly we can adjust to not actually missing them.

I can’t imagine myself going back to stuffing myself with biscuits and crisps. Now I enjoy unprocessed foods and feel a whole lot healthier.

My husband joined me to a point, he still enjoys his carbs, but not from processed foods.
