Toilet issues......ive drank a litre and a half of water.... Obviously not enough

Did you try beef broth? This little problem does resolve itself, but it's often caused by electrolyte imbalance.

Drinking pure water often doesn't help.

Try to incorporate flaxseeds into your food, low carb high fibre 25g a day will sort you out

I really upped my dairy for the fat content quite some time ago, and it's constipating. Dr. told me to take magnesium citrate enough times a day to get where I want to be. That works, but you're only day 4. May take some time for your body to get used to the change.
