Day 3 and a DILEMMA

Ok, day 3 and I just don't want to eat. Forced half my evening meal down. Only did this as I had had nothing all day. I don't eat breakfast and didn't want to eat at lunch time. I assume I need to up my carbs ?. I've plenty of body fat to keep me going, as mentioned in a different post. Never thought loss of appetite would be an issue I had to deal with. I feel fine

I would say to trust your body. Drink some bone broth if you’re concerned, it will keep you hydrated and will give you salts too. I’m sure you’ll feel hunger when you’re hungry and need to eat. Good luck. 👍

I'm exactly the same and forced myself to eat dinner last night. Light salad with meats

The beauty of LCHF, Jo and Littlemunch is that your body correctly knows when it needs food. You should only eat if you're hungry. Going without meals is not a problem.
