The goal of a well-formulated ketogenic diet is not only achieving a state of nutritional ketosis but doing so in a way that supports optimal health and can be safely followed indefinitely.

Big fan of Phinney and Volek, and I think what they're doing at Virta Health for diabetics is incredible. I think it's a sign of the times that they have been raided and shut down by the Men With Clipboards.
